Powder Coating

Powder Coating provides a very durable baked-on finish that remains smooth, easy to clean, and it contains none of the solvents or toxic byproducts of traditional liquid paints.

The final product is highly resistant to most chemicals and salt, yet it demonstrates surface properties that can be as much as ten times more durable than ordinary paints, and can withstand temperatures of up to 250 sustained degrees F.

Media/Sand Blasting and Chemical Conversion Coating

Media/sandblasting performed on site in our blast cabinets or blast room, capable to parts up to 15' long. 

Steel grit, garnet and plastic media is available.  We also apply an iron phosphate conversion coating for steel, and a zirconium wash for unparalleled adhesion on aluminum.

Colors

Our standard colors are numerous. By stocking these colors we’re able to provide faster turn times. Due to the difficulty involved with capturing true color in a picture its best to see the samples in person. Swing by the shop to check out our full selection of color swatches in person. A full lineup of RAL colors is also available.

Don’t see the color you want? Special order colors are available upon request in just about any color or texture imaginable*. Don’t see a color that interests you? Just ask, and we’ll find it.

Powder coating pricing can vary from part to part, so ALL jobs require quotes Email us for a quote. Prices include standard prep procedures, and one stage powder coating. Add 50% for each subsequent coat.

You are responsible for disassembly; we will not disassemble customer parts. Prices subject to change without notice.

Adrenaline Customs has quickly become the elite powder coating facility in the Twin Cities Metro.  Our attention to detail, turn times, and expertise sets us apart from every other coating shop.  Our larger facility and state of the art equipment are ready for your next project.

Our equipment can handle much larger pieces than in the past.  The new size capability is 12’ deep, 6’ wide, and 8’ high.  With our multiple curing ovens, we can handle one off custom work, or production volume.

Powder Coating Warranty

While powder coating is extremely durable it isn’t bullet proof, it is susceptible to scratching or chipping from intense direct impact. Adrenaline Customs will warranty the powder coating from workmanship errors for 1 calendar year from customer pickup. We are not responsible for product abuse, neglect or scratching. Only clean the powder surface with dish soap and water.
